Technical Assistance for Log Package Sales
- Overland Trails will perform the “Technical Assistance” for each log package that we sell. Below is a list of the basic assistance we will provide.
- Confirm the delivery date and customer responsibilities with the new homeowner prior to delivery.
- Meet the delivery truck and the homeowner at the delivery site upon arrival of the truck.
- Receive the final payment for materials before off loading the truck. Must be in certified funds.
- Inventory truckload to insure all material arrived as outlined on the inventory sheet.
- Performance assistance to your builder in the identifying and installation of the first course of logs on your sub floor. Work with your builder for the balance of the day in the installation of the logs for your new home. Discuss with your builder the construction techniques required for the balance of the construction of your log home.
