been an active real estate broker since 2000 and
both a full and part-time resident of Gilmer

Ed
Grant has been involved with Real Estate, Log Home
Sales, Construction, and Development in Gilmer
County since the mid eighties. Ed is President of
Overland Trails Heritage Log Homes, an authorized
dealer for Heritage Log Homes in North Georgia. The
dealership received the first ever President’s Award
for Sales Excellence for 2006. In addition, Ed is
the owner of Overland Trails Construction Company,
which has been building quality log homes in North
Georgia for over 18 years. Ed is actively involved
in the community and is a founding member of, and
the first President, of the Gilmer County Home
Builder’s Association, Chamber of Commerce, Gilmer
Arts and Heritage Association and Ellijay First
United Methodist Church.

Bonnie Martin

Bonnie started her real estate career in Wisconsin over 25 years ago. Became
a real estate broker and owned my own real estate office, which grew to be
the largest in the county. Sold it and moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1986,
listed and sold residential properties there until coming to north Georgia in
1994. My passion is finding the perfect home for my buyers. One you can
afford and have dreamed of owning, especially in these north Georgia
mountains. Whether you are building a new log home or want to find an
existing home, I would enjoy meeting and working with you. Besides working
with people related to real estate, my hobbies include traveling to see the
"Green Bay Packer" games. Even to the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field in
